Our Mission

"Our mission is to provide all necessary services for low-income, disabled, homeless, unemployed, women and minority Veterans including housing, substance abuse recovery and employment opportunities, to ensure that our Veterans-in-Progress (VIPs) in Northern California are successfully recovered from addictive behavior and re-employed in productive pursuits as positive, contributing members of society."

To return our clients to independence from the influences of drugs and alcohol where they can function in a positive manner with their relationships and be contributing members of society.


Our Method

• Intervene in the criminal justice system to divert clients from incarceration.
• Intervene in other situations to counteract continued drug and alcohol abuse.
• Evaluate clients to identify substance abuse and behavioral health issues
• Provide services necessary to control and eliminate the influences of drugs and alcohol addiction.
• Evaluate progress in the areas of drug use, criminal activity, community involvement, education, health, rec-
   reation, personal relationships, and employment.
• Provide a stable and secure drug free housing environment.
• Provide opportunities for personal growth and self determination for our clients.
• Reintegrate our clients into mainstream society by providing employment training and job readiness.
